Shinhee Park

Graduate Assistant

Shinhee Park is a PhD candidate in the Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development program at the University of Georgia, working with the Academic Honesty team as a graduate research assistant. She received her Master of Arts in Vocational Education and Workforce Development from Seoul National University in South Korea and her Bachelor of Arts in Chinese from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.

Shinhee’s research interests focus on the determinants of knowledge sharing within organizations. Her current work examines on exploring the relationships between knowledge sharing, social capital, psychological safety, and learning organization culture in Research and Development engineers in the Information Technology industry. Additionally, Shinhee has obtained a Graduate Certificate in Organization Coaching.
